Craig Absalom
EXECUTIVE & DEALER PRINCIPAL POSITIONS
Craig Absalom has a graduate diploma in Marketing Management and over 27 years in the motor industry.
He has been in a senior management position for the last 17 years which included the role of DP as well as fulfilling roles of director of Independent Motor Distributors, Truck & Commercial Director on the Key Motor Group board and whilst with the Fury Motor Group he fulfilled group roles involving developing a group used-vehicle strategy, driving their social media strategy and, in conjunction with Industrial Psychologist Rodney Boyd, helped structure the HR department by implementing standards and policies.
Heading up the team at Transformd, his vision will not only greatly benefit the industry - but your dealership team too!

Glenda Absalom
HEAD OF ADMIN RECRUITMENT
Glenda Absalom has a diploma in Financial Management and over 25 years in the motor industry. She has fulfilled the roles of switchboard operator, creditors clerk, debtors clerk, warranty clerk and has an extensive understanding of workshop and parts with her most recent 15 years seeing her hold the crucial position of financial manager.
Glenda has developed a sixth-sense when selecting the right person for the job and she brings this intuition and experience to our team and yours.
